About

 Milae is the current Ruler of Arcadia Valley. She is both Melanie's and Kathora's tutor and has the power to see the possible outcomes of the future!(search for the Butterfly Effect theory to understand better) Milae is a person who stays true to her morals and rules, and is deeply afraid of change. She believes things need to stay the way they are for everyone to be safe, or else there will be complete chaos. This is the main reason why she and Nini don't have a compatible relationship, and instead there is hate between the two. While Milae thinks rules need to be followed at all times, Nini is willing to brake them if she finds it necessary.

Milae would brute force her way through, Nini prefers to take things calmly. Milae believes everyone should be punished for their actions, Nini thinks everyone should get a second chance. Yeah, they aren't really made for each other xP

Powers and Abilities

For reasons currently unknown, Milae has had the ability to look into the future since birth. Things aren't so cut and dry tho, the future has several possibilities and Milae can see every single one of them and the butterfly effect that caused them.

Trivia

-Milae's ability to look into the future has taught her how to get better control of situations and this why she has earned the position and respect of a Leader                                                   -Milae is Kathora's and Melanie's tutor  -Milae and Nini have a strong rivalry, and Noriel is kind of stuck in between this two's problems and is also another cause of their hatred.                             -Milae likes to spend her free time on the garden of roses, taking care of them, not letting them grow too much, get out of control and hurt anyone.      -Milae and Woona have a bit of a buff, Milae doesn't let Woona go to the surface because of her abnormal tail and eyes, as well as possibly knowing some crucial information, but Woona does anyways.                                        -Milae and Cat were close friends and they both worked on and were present in the creation of Arcadia
