Chips

Chips is a laidback yet adventurous toons, always looking for new friends and new entertainment techniques. Their favorite toon weapon is the classic wooden mallet and sometimes explosives.

They’re mostly known for their unusually long tail for a toon of this kind. They use it to its full advantage. It is fully prehensible and strong enough to hold Chips’ weight, so it can be used to hold things, be used as a way for Chips to elevate themselves, hang from bars, bounce (think Tigger!) and for various tricks (puppetry, pranks, painting, acrobatics and the likes). As much as their tail is an oddity, they are proud of their craft and how they used it to stand out from the rest.

They’re autistic and ADHD, and it doesn’t bother them. They flap their arms a lot when happy and tend to jump around as well! Thought they don’t appreciate some foods and loud noises. While they seem to have a lot of energy, it only lasts for a short time if all used up at once. They’re a heavy sleeper, being able to sleep for long time periods.

They aren’t related to the Warner Siblings nor are they close with them, as they prefer to not hang around the Warner studio for too long (there’s more to the world to see!). They have met them before and have interacted with them a few times. They’re on good terms with the Warners, but not much else. They like to jokingly call themselves a “Wakko Warner bootleg” due to their somewhat similar appearance

Other than that, they play video games, collect stuff of things they like (especially plushies), they live for the color yellow (almost everything they own is yellow) and theyre an artist from times to times!
