Echolight

Echolight is a father figure to everyone in the Colony of the Mire. While he is not exactly Knight material - due to being quite laid-back and something of a dreamer - he is very dependable and just the sort of senior Ranger Lady Skyshine needs to construct a better, more harmonious Colony.

MATE:  Pearbear - Loves her and their kits dearly, whether he has fathered them or not. Nevertheless, he's not afraid to defend her from criticism if need be, especially when it comes to his stepson, Rowanspike.

OFFSPRING:  Tansymoon - Tansymoon is the apple of her father's eye. Due to her resembling Pearbear the most in personality, she is something of a favourite. Echolight doesn't let this impact his relationship with his other children, however. He just finds great comfort that his beloved mate lives on in one of his children. 

Dappletuft - Like him, he is a dreamer and thoughtful. Much quieter than his siblings. Echolight responds to this by making her something of a sidekick, always insisting she accompany him on patrols and hunting parties. 

Pearpounce - Although he would never admit this to anyone, she is his favourite. He is devastated after she suffers brain injury due to a tragic accident, and pays special attention to her. This causes a rift between him and his lazy son, Dappletuft.
