In the Waif Apartment story she is the "Landlord". She lives in the apartment is less a literal landlord and more as a sort of mediator and guide. Everyone whose leases at Waif is there for a reason, and her job is to figure out why and help that person grow so they are prepared for the world. However, given that time doesn't move at Waif, she can sometimes be elusive! She spends a lot of time in a dreamy space realm when she is not working. Her close friend, and head supervisor when she's not available herself, is Aerglo.
