Evelynne

Evelynne is a self centered brat who bullies people for fun and absolutely hates the mutation that she inherited in her hair. (Her hair is bubblegum which explodes when she laughs and gets sticky and grows longer when she cries.) To make up for this, she spends her days tormenting her "friends" and forcing herself to never laugh so her hair doesn't explode all over her.

Story:

Lives in a world where most people have special "mutations" inherited from an unknown incident long ago. Since then there's been a natural rule that implies those with the biggest "Family" or strongest mutation have the most control over the people. Those with small families or with useless mutations get no say in what's done to them and have barely any defense against those with greater power. Usually being left to rot on the streets or used for other means. Evelynne left her family a while ago after fighting a few wars in order to gain territory. She'd had enough and was since an outcast. She now lives with Margo and sometimes stops by Martha's place to get therapy and guns?? (Margo is not owned by me, owned by a friend without a Toyhouse.)
