Personality: 

Charismatic:  He is one smooth operater. He has great skill in attention to detail during cases and even just interacting with others. 

Clever:  His ideas are so well-sculpted, it surprises his subordinates how he comes up with it so quickly. With the amount of knowledge he has on the human body and the swift-detailed reports of his surroundings, he is extremely reliable to the police force. 

Cultured:  He is never seen ill-mannered in the public eye. His tastes and manners are refined, causing others to feel self-conscious about the way they behave or how they appear before him. His manners are rightfully intimidating.

Mysterious:  You are unable to read him through his facial expressions of actions. Behind his smile can be irritation, happiness, perverted, or malicious intent. His actions can often confuse people, but never questioned.

Twisted:  Putting aside the fact that he serves the police force, he does have an unpleasantly warped mind. His punishments are more overwhelming than deserved and are mostly prohibited by the Chief of Police. He is normally not allowed to have a say on penalties for criminals.
