Do you have the instagram masterlist post link(instagram proof of ownership) for your Sollem(you should include it on their page)?
If not you may wanna contact who you got them from, and make sure they are a valid Sollem/make sure they are enlisted in the masterlist. My apologies if you have more than 1 Sollem uncredited/masterlist link missing.
