If they only got a doodle sketch artwork made by you, then you must only sell it for their og price, i might make an exception if they got detailed artwork made by you but other then that please dont be afraid to ask first about reselling !

⑅ If you got my design by trading an oc and the oc you traded had more worth , it still does not apply to my design. For example : you traded your 30$ oc for my design , 'my design' will only have its previous owner 'worth' on it so selling them for more is not allowed just because you traded your 30$ oc for it ! 

⑅ You are not allowed to make a auction out of my adopt , unless the ab is the full worth of the adopt then that okay !

⑅ Selling the design as crypto currency stuff or nft , or artwork of the design for crypto currency and nft related stuff is PROHIBITED 

⑅ Donot claim the design as ur own , heavy editing the design is fine just please dont credit it as ur own , unless you made for example : the character design you got is an anthro , and you made a humanoid design out of it the anthro design credit goes to me . The humanoid design goes to you but i still get a somewhat half credit for overall design on the humanoid as it is still heavy referenced from the anthro design .

⑅ You may co-own the design with mutiple people , just please do let me know beforehand ! i will not handle how you share the profit if you coowned the character with someone else , so please dont dm me about how you should share profit just keep in mind about : the overall "character resell , gift , trade t.o.s" you can only sell the character for overall worth donot duplicate the worth just because you coowned them i will blacklist you people (*｀д´)

⑅ Commercial rights must be discussed between me and you , donot sell merch of the design , use it as vtubing , or anything without discussing a commercial fee yet , if we have discussed about commercial fee then it fine feel free to use it for commercial use !

⑅ You may change the design species as a closed species , open species or anything do let me know before hand just incase !

⑅ Legally copyright my character without my permission is prohibited , please let me know before hand.

⑅ Using them as a hatespeech character , or overall making them associated with controversial stuff and harmful. 

⑅ deleting their toyhouse profile is not allowed , please dont delete their toyhouse profile as i would like to easily keep track of my designs ! Please ask me first if you really wanna delete my designs toyhouse profile !

⑅ If your my friend and you got my design trough me gifting it to you ,,, please dont trade or gift them without telling me first .. It hurts right in my meow meow

⑅ Being blacklisted by me means that im overall uncomfortable with you interacting with me and owning any future designs and artwork ! If you're blacklisted that means you cannot get my designs or artwork anymore ( either from raffle , auction , fatsale , or commissions ! ) please obey to my T.O.S rules so both parties are comfortable , if have question about T.O.S dont be afraid to let me know !

⑅ If you werent blacklisted before and owned a design by me then it fine for you to keep the design / artwork , but for future reference you may not try and get any more stuff from me !

⑅ If i see anyone trading , or selling my design to the people i blacklisted , i will also ended up blacklisting them ! So please respect my decision and donot gift my stuff to the people i blacklisted !
