Design
Physical Appearance
RB has a tanned complexion and a tall, muscular physique. His confident expression is complemented by his fierce raspberry red eyes. RB's hair is a strange teal color that reaches his chest. It's usually styled with a center part, long thin sideburns on both sides, and two ponytails in the back. He also leaves his hair in an updo or untied on occasion. RB often wears a large gold nose ring on most days. The most prominent features of RB are his dazzling red horns and wings.
Outfit
RB wears a blue and yellow varsity jacket with his initials "RB" embroidered on the right breast. The collar and sleeve of the jacket are yellow with red stripes. The jacket has a blue body with red side pockets and snap buttons down the center. Along with his jacket, RB wears black jeans and red high top Converse sneakers.

Obi was saved by RB during a infernal outbreak. Both enjoy working out to the point of exhaustion. RB, like Obi, has no fire abilities, only superhuman strength and bravery. Obi considers RB a model citzen for his fire brigade, with whom RB gets along fairly smoothly. Obi's unmoving dedication to his fire brigade, and his eventual objective of putting an end to Spontaneous Human Combustion is what makes him attractive to RB.
RB's partner is Rumi Usagiyama, also known by her hero name Mirko. Mirko was on a day off from her hero duties when they met. They enjoy going to the gym as a way to spend time together. RB, like Mirko, has an animal-related quirk.
