Cursed by a witch for being in the wrong place at the wrong time, Midas now bleeds gold and has useless wings of made of light. The gold markings on his wrist and face are also a result of the curse. Much to his dismay, the markings and wings are always present in all of his forms.
After being cursed, Midas fell to depression and struggled with it for some time before he was able to go to therapy and get medication. He’s doing much better now but bad days tend to hit hard.
Introverted and grumpy, he’d rather be away from people as much as possible. If he thought he could do without internet, modern entertainment, and his current support system he’d go live deep in the woods, away from the world. Instead he lives in a small apartment in the city, going to parks within and without the city when he can. When he’s not working (works at a clothing store) he’s online talking to friends and playing MMORPGs.
He enjoys hiking and just generally being in nature. As long as there aren’t caves. He won’t go near caves. He’s fairly friendly with the tennant across the hall from him and walks their dog sometimes.

- In wolf/werewolf forms, paw pads and claws are gold
- In any form, teeth, tongue and gums can be gold but don’t have to be
- Face markings can be stylised as blood/tears of gold. Wrist markings can not.
- Wings are not optional, however, they can be stylised to be simple or detailed. Attatched or floating. Doesn’t matter as long as they’re there and are gold.
- The wings aren’t solid, they’re made of light. They are a glowing gold outline of feathered wings.
- The wings aren’t functioning, he can’t fly, but the he can move the wings as if they were real tangible ones
- If drawing werewolf/mid form, pants or shorts are optional but encouraged. Tattered too layer (shirt/jacket) is optional.
- No clothes in feral form.
