Evon Bali

A combat officer for the P8ZD. At some point before the story, she was partnered with Ramona Jude, who left her like many other partners. Currently, Evon has been assigned to partner with Pam. Though the two initially had a very rocky relationship, they seem to have built a level of trust and friendship between one another.

Personality

Evon is uptight and a stickler for rules. Competent and prone to anger, she's more than a little prideful and often looks down on others. She has a tendency to be very blunt, and often says the first thing that comes out of her mouth. She's aware this makes her hard to like, and says it's probably "why [she] doesn't have any friends". However, thus far over the course of the story she's softened, and isn't above talking things out with people who have a problem with her.

Abilities

Evon can manipulate and change the shape and length of her hair. She can use it in combat, which makes it more durable than normal hair.

• Evon's hair responds to her mood, forming little curls when she get's nervous.
• Evon is an avid reader of fiction novels.
• Her worse personality traits have earned her the nickname Buzzkill Bali among some of her coworkers.
