The leader of the Nebula Cartel, a shadowy organization which controls the criminal underground of Paradise 08. An incredibly secretive and cautious man, who spends a majority of his time in a private penthouse.
Personality
The Boss is a quiet, but imposing individual. Almost always speaking in direct statements, he can be incredibly scary. He has no issue using violence to deal with his subordinates, but at the same time seems to have a genuine care for them. This goes so far as to be commented on by his partner The Shadow, who believes his willingness to hold onto underlings and give them infinite second chances will clash with his ultimate goals for the cartel.
He is fond of sadly playing the piano.
Abilities
The Boss is incredibly strong as the leader of the Cartel. His abilities are unknown, but white smoke seems to emanate from his mouth in moments of anger or stress.
