♠️A Man who's Psychologically Mute due to extreme PTSD, Vox Decillion had served the most challenging and strenuous Military out there from a tender age of 10 until the age of 22 and was then transferred to serve the Black ops and then to the secret services until he was 27.He retired early because his PTSD Kept progressing to worse, but he was so used to the strained environment that he decided to set up his own little business to keep using his skills, being a little Sole proprietary Bounty hunter.
♠️Why a Bounty Hunter? He'd rather stay Neutral and make his own decisions based on his own moral conscious on what he thinks is wrong and what's right, Staying a True Neutral.He may not be bad nor Good.
♠️Vox was mute ever since he was first deployed at the age 17, after a gruelling incident that he'd rather never bring it up, but he blames himself the most for the loss of his comrades.He's also triggered by anything that might suddenly pop or explode such as party poppers, Balloons, Champagne corks popping and thunder and rain, He'll usually wear ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones wherever he goes, preferring absolute solitude.
♠️Vox had his Loyal Doberdane called Bullet ever since he was a little pup, He's actually a prototype of an Android dog that's also been trained to be Vox's Therapy dog, works, thinks and feel like the real think except Bullet's got quite a high intelligence, able to understand the human language but only bark and nod to respond.
