Petroleum Pingslye, aged 36...or something. He owns a lab where he is working constantly. He doesn’t come outside much, he seems strange. He is constantly shaking, and he just has a strange presence.

He has been observed doing research on the flowers...his reasoning has been a mystery. It seems to be about time though.
