Cronnely is a beast butler that used to work for the Brunhilde family. He suddenly got fired and exiled one day. He was chased around by bounty hunters for months until he fell into the South Lake. He was fished out by Dallas and later hired by Earl Perthe (Perthe took care of the bounty as well).
