Cypher

A wily foe, cunning and manipulative.  Many describe Cypher as being fox-like in his manner; suave for sure, charming with a silver tongue, but would just as readily rob you blind as he would help you in any way.  Cypher has few friends or foes, preferring to stay mostly an enigma who you'll encounter briefly but never see for long.

Him and his partner Malware are also ruthless criminals, using their combined talents to pull off rather magnificent crimes.  Mostly they stick to stealing, breaking into banks and making off with the gold and other similar activities.  However they have been known to partake in other crimes; anything to get them an extra buck or two.  Greed drives them, as they use their stolen goods to fund a lavish lifestyle for themselves.  They aren't exactly closed off about their crimes either, though their meticulous planning makes it hard to pin anything on them definitively.  Oh well...
