Jubilee

Jubilee was raring to be out on her own, but that didn't really come with the expectation of inheriting her late father's workshop in Portia. She wasn't sure if she could do it, but the need to outdo both the rude Higgins and the cocky Cash make her put in more effort to get commission work done at the expense of her health. Jubilee is actually wildly intelligent when it comes to building, having learned most of her know-how from her father, but working on large-scale projects tends to hang her up. It's her own stubbornness that keeps her from asking for help until Arlo would eventually insist on accompanying her to the ruins for scavenging for materials.

Her role model is a ninja, Naruto, whom she'd met in her travels, and she often goes to him for advice... telepathically, of course, and it seems he always says things in her favor. Her drawn-on whiskers are a homage to him, but no one seems to know who she's talking about.

While Dr. Xu caught her attention at first, it was Arlo who would eventually (and very unintentionally) win her over in the end, as she misinterpreted going out to fight monsters at 1 AM unconventional dates. Now, such an excursion is commonplace to the point where actually going out to eat is considered a huge deal!
