Cosmo works at the same hospital as Snowball as a pediatric doctor, ironically not qualified for surgery in the slightest despite the fact that it's obsessed with it
Despite their fascination with death and organs, Cosmo isn't violent in the slightest, their interest is purely medical and doesn't go beyond things that have already died, like dead animals it finds, it's also into vulture culture and death positivity
Cosmo is very good with kids and relates more to them than adults, it's got BPD, autism, and developed PBA from a head injury, they are incredibly mature when it comes to work or responsibilities but is very underdeveloped when it comes to dealing with emotions, managing relationships, etc, they've never been with anyone sexually/romantically and aren't sure they want to be yet, or ever
Cosmo cut off it's tail during a manic episode once, the posable plush worm is it's version of a prosthetic
