Personality:

The easiest way to describe Amelia is as a sweet grandma. Though not having many relatives of her own, she treats anyone who comes into the post office as a friend, and treats workers like family. Though, she can sometimes take this kindness a bit far, often giving people too many second chances or end up blaming herself for issues. She’s incredibly sensitive, but tries her best to hide it.  But, she will stand up for herself if you push her buttons a bit too much, but in a respectful way. 

Backstory

Amelia has always been working in the Harmonic Post Office since she was little, her father owning the building while she did minor errands for him. She wasn't too social in her early days, and had very poor eyesight. Eventually, her father was able to buy her glasses, which she wears and cherishes to this very day. She loved listening to others stories, often eavesdropping on her father’s conversations with customers. Her father slowly helped her become the hard worker she is today, before eventually lending the position of manager to Amelia around 20 years ago when her father became too old. Amelia still loves her job, and is much more social with customers now.
