Radka is the coolest guy you'll ever meet. Ever. He thinks that the coolest thing to do is to be nice and he's right. He loves having parties, taking people out for ice cream, setting off fireworks, and eating copious amounts of meat. If you make fun of him, he will laugh, but if you make fun of anyone he likes, he will eat you. He is also dumb as rocks, but that doesn't stop him from being the coolest.

Radka is just really cool and awesome and sexy and loves being nice to people. He is also very impulsive and will do stupid shit all the time, but not at the expense of anyone else's safety. He has a soft spot for cute and colorful things and will cry over cute pens at the store. He loves being the center of attention and making people laugh and have a good time with him, and maybe join him in the stupid shit. He also really doesn't care what anyone else says about him, and he can brush it off easily. But if you are mean to literally anyone else in his circle, he will absolutely go apeshit on you.
Because of his impulsiveness and "boys will be boys" behavior, he gets hurt fairly frequently, but his thick hide and fur coat protect him. He loves feeling adrenaline and trying new things, bt he will never put anyone in danger when he does so.

FUN FACTS
He owns a modded 2015 Indian Scout motorcycle, which is his pride and joy. He takes it out as much as humanly possible. He also can do a decent amount of bike tricks. Should he be doing them on a cruiser? No...
He has a weird passion for victorian clothing, specifically corsets- he has a collection that he's gotten from various thrift shops and the like. He... finds them comfortable?
He really fucking likes horses for some reason and owns multitudes of horse figurines. His greatest dream is to own a life-sized horse lamp someday.
He says dumb shit like "Aw, beans" and "holy macaroni" all the time- his friends call them "Rico-isms."
Despite outward personality, he is pretty organized. He may be clumsy, but he takes very good care of all of his possessions, especially his clothes.
He may be a mechanic by trade, but he can also fix pretty much anything else, and also does antique restoration commissions for Jett's shop. He prides himself on being able to find a solution to fix (almost) anything, but his art skills are abysmal, so he usually avoids it.
His fae gift works like a dowsing rod for magic. He can sense magical auras around objects that feel hotter or colder depending on the type of magic used, i.e. curses, blessings, or enchantments. He can also follow the trail of the object by using the vibes he gets, or the "heebie-jeebies" as he calls it.
He has ADHD!
He can kind of play guitar, but not super well- Cameron was his teacher for a time, but Rico hasn't practiced much after Cameron left to tour.
He is not afraid of fire like, at all.
He loves bad old monster movies as much as Carter does, and they have frequent movie nights together.
