Pierre is 

An incredibly laid back dude, Pierre is pretty empathetic and barely reacts to anything that goes on in town. His workplace could literally be on fire and he really wouldn't care.

All Pierre cares about is his arcade machines and his lunch breaks, the former of which... he is obsessed with. The whole reason he opened up his arcade was purely so there'd be a place near his home

Despite being one of Tikiti's oldest and longest running shops, the Pizza Pigeon isn't... exactly an appealing place to go to. The establishment is filthy, some of the play equipment in the building is a serious safe hazard (one of the hazards being a bottomless ball pit. people go missing every other day because of it and some claim it leads to another dimension), the food is disgusting, and the only reason any of the arcade machines work anymore is because Pierre likes to play them. Not to mention a slew of urban legends about the place being haunted, it's honestly a miracle that the place is still running. 

But shockingly, not only is it running, but the Pizza Pigeon is incredibly popular. Most people go for the massive playground and dozens of arcade games, and just try to... ignore the smell while they're there.
