A ninja originally from the land of snow/Yukigakure. She grew up with rumors being thrown around about her family as many questioned their loyalty to the Land of Snow, these rumors only amplified when she briefly met and befriended one of the members of the Konoha Anbu, Kakashi Hatake who was visiting the land after reports of unrest within the capital. The friendship was cut short as these suspicions were proven true, and the Daimyo at the time was assassinated by his own brother, forcing the Anbu to whisk the late ruler's young daughter away to safety. Emiri remained within the Land of Snow, training under her elder brother until more unrest occurred, leading to many of the citizens and ninja fleeing the country for fear of their own lives. It was at this point an extremely lost Emiri ended up in Konoha where she ultimately settled down. Emiri specializes in Snow/Ice (around preexisting snow and ice) and Water jutsu, as well as Taijutsu. She's pretty snarky and come across as a little bit of bully. Despite this she's incredibly protective of those she cares about, which at this point contains most of the residents of Konohagakure. Her companion/pet is a Cross Fox by the name of Kuroi. This creature is incredibly mischievous, it's common for Kuroi to steal and hoard the belongings of those around them, often hiding these treasures away to be found later.
Jutsu/Abilities
Ninjutsu - Above Average Being from the Land of Snow Emiri excels in ice and snow based ninjutsu as long as there is ice and snow around to work with. Away from colder weather she is proficient in water based ninjutsu. She typically uses Ninjutsu for offensive skills including water clones and creating weapons from water.
(Water Release)
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique) Description: Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone.
Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shuriken Technique) Description: Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.
Suiton: Suihou no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Cannon Technique) Description: A move that lets the user spit a powerful beam of boiling water, strong enough to cut through wood and hot enough to scald flesh. Eventually, it becomes powerful enough to carve through stone.
Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique) Description: A move used to trap the victim inside a prison of water; it is very difficult to escape. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep one hand against the prison at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This is considered one of the strongest water trapping jutsus, simply because it has no inherent duration; the technique can be held indefinitely as long as the user keeps a hand in place, and the prison cannot be escaped or broken from the inside.
Snow/Ice Release (Situational, requires ice/snow)
Yuki Bushin No Jutsu (Snow clone jutsu) the user creates a snow clone, just like the shadow clone, but stronger ut weaker to fire jutsu. this is a simply jutsu that most academy students will learn.
Yuki Henge no Jutsu (Snow Transformation Technique) Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can transform into snow, big or small, the user can use this jutsu for suprise attacks and hidding
Yuki Shuriken no Jutsu (Snow Shuriken Technique) Description: Through the use of snow manipulation, the user can create multiple small shuriken comprised of snow and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to snow. It is important to note that these shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.
Hyourou no Jutsu (Ice Prison Technique) Hyourou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Snow ninja Kakuyoku Fubuki. After forming the needed handseals, the user will touch the ground, causing columns of ice to rise from the ground at her foe. If caught, the ice will rise up around her target and imprison them. they can also use this technique as a defensive measure, raising the ice to form a shield against incoming attacks.
Taijutsu- Average
When in a pinch, Emiri has no qualms with resorting to hand to hand combat. As such she is trained in Taijutsu, but tends to favor punches and kicks when it comes to the technique, as opposed to using weapons.
Personality
Appears confident at all times, and almost smug in her nature. Emiri doesn't appear to care much for what others think of her, and can come across as something of a bully towards those she enjoys being around. (Think an older sibling picking on their younger siblings) When push comes to shove though, she is the first to fight for those she cares about, and will defend them with her life.
