Minto Fuyukūki

When he consumes anything minty, he gains increased lung power! He can use it to propel himself and others, or hold his breath for up to three minutes. He's got great stamina, and chilly breath!

• Peppermint Lungs - Depending on the amount of mint he's consumed, Minto can hold his breath for up to 3 minutes - underwater, no oxygen, wherever. This doesn't do anything against chemicals and gases that affect the skin or eyes, or any form of vacuum, of course.
• Mint Manipulation - Minto is learning to use "mintokinesis" to offensively use mint leaves, sort of like Hawks uses his feathers. He's not very good at it, though.
• Minty Salve - Minto knows quite a few natural remedies for cooling down and drawing infection away from any injuries. He usually keeps the different herbs in a satchel, but in a pinch his cool breath can help to stop bleeding.
• Air Surfboard - Minto has relatively light (and small, but don't mention that to him) bones, and can easily propell himself through the air on a makeshift surfboard. It isn't actually a mint leaf, but he's pretty sure that if someone in the support department can make a suit out of Mirio's DNA, they can make him a board out of a leaf.

• Menthol Rush - Minto smokes an entire menthol cigarette in one drag, and uses the smoke to escape from any danger. It sounds lame, but trust him, it's useful.
• Brain Freeze - Minto can consume peppermint and then breathe it back out to give opponents the feeling of breathing in on a peppermint winter's day. If they really hate mint, this move is Super Effective™.

• Mint Surfboard - Right now, it's a really light, heat-resistant metal. The contours in it are modeled after aviation standards, and though it's taken quite a while, Minto has learned to master manuevering with the board.
• Apothecary - Minto's belt, containing a few different types of mint, candies, teas.... and strains of weed.

Minto thinks of himself of a healer much more than a fighter, and doesn't understand why heroics always has to be so violent. He'd rather get stoned than participate in most of his studies at U.A. He usually places last in most tests that involve fighting, but keeps from failing because of his excellent endurance, stamina and attentiveness to injuries. He's not great at English or Math, but he likes Social Studies and Japanese Studies the best.
