Ryker is a spontaneous and sporadic type of person and killer. He doesn't plan things often and when it comes to his victims, he uses his intimidating presence rather than a methodical plan.

He works alongside Killian, but get frustrated all the time with him and his techniques.

Ryker tries to "outsmart" Killian with their missions, but always messes up somehow or gets them into more trouble than intended.
