GENERAL

• Rude / bigotry behaviour will not be tolerated. You will be blocked and called out publicly.
• Payment 100% upfront.
• Please only offer if you can pay within 1 week.
• For art offer, please provide updates, ghosting will result in cancelation.
• No Refunds.
• If you don't have a Toyhouse account, the design you bought will be stored on my account until you create one.
• Please refrain from offering if you don't plan to get a Toyhouse account.

USAGE

• You Can
• Use the design for personal uses.
• Include design in personal project such as story & game.
• Share or print the artwork of design with proper credit.
• Make Aus / redesign.
  
  
• You Cannot
• Commercial use is prohibited unless discussed otherwise.
• Remove credit or delete the character from toyhouse.
• Use the design on AI or NFT.
• Design cannot be sold higher than it's value.
• Trade / personal art doesn’t add towards value.
• Original design cannot be deleted / detached from redesigns or sold separately.

RAFFLE DESIGN

• Raffle Design cannot be traded or sold for money.
• Raffle Design can only be gifted.

FREEBIE DESIGN

• Freebie Design cannot be traded / sold / gifted for any reason.
• If you lose interest in the design, return it back to me.
• Freebie design comes with free commercial right as long as proper credit is given.
• If you receive a freebie design, u must give them a proper reference art & bio. Failing to do so will result in blacklist.

RIGHT

• Designer's Right
• I reserve the right to accept or decline offer for any reason.
• I reserve the rights to the original artwork.
  
  
• Commercial's Right
• Commercial Right purchase is 200% of original price.
• You can use the design in commercial project such as book, game, & merch.
• Commercial Right doesn't include the original artwork.
