The All-Seeing god that many fear to cross, for if he sees all, then he must know all. 

Maybe actually doesn't care or remember, as he sees so much it all blends together and he can't tell events apart. He'll keep up the intimidating atmosphere as people then don't bother him, but otherwise the guy would just prefer to not see anything at all and do something fun instead, like sleeping.
