Lionpelt

Lionpelt was born into her(or his) clan without a father figure. Her/his mother was never in the best of health, and passed away the night after birthing her kits. Lionpelt and her/his two brothers were adopted by a she-cat named Feather'fight, who had previously lost all five of her kits. This didn't affect any of the affection that Feather'fight would give to her kits, even if she feared loosing the kits to the same weather-drawn illness of her previous kits.

Time went on, and the kits played in the nursery just about daily. They started playing out in the open camp, and talking with the older cats, it was fun to them. They grew bigger and bigger every day, nearing the day they were to become an apprentice. She/He had anticipated the day for so long, and it finally arrived.

She/her received her/his mentor and grew eager to start training. As the moons passed, she became more and more curious, getting into more trouble than an apprentice should. Though, she/he did encounter a fox early on, and was able to alert her clan about it, but her/his mistakes left her/him with a large scar across her face.
