Mako (retired (loz))

Mako is a strong headed child with a burning desire for revenge. He's an angry spiteful little korok who usually does the opposite of what he is told, which has marked him as a trouble-making rebel. Though he was quite normally rowdy from the start, his behavior has only grown more ill-natured from the frustration of being contained and told to do this and that by the Great Deku Tree and his brethren.

It was one day that Mako was tasked with fire to burn away the dead growth of the forest; the process of which would allow the nutrients to return to the earth and make room for new life to grow. Then-- TO BE CONTINUED.

(Extended Backstory)

Mako is a small rowdy free-spirited little Korok from the Lost Woods. He's always been known as a trouble making disobedient rebel and has had constant run-ins with the Great Deku Tree, the great wise caretaker of the forest. Mako's actions and pranks have always given him a bad reputation among his brethren but none of his tricks were ever filled with the malice or intention to physically harm someone.

One day, on his little romps throughout the woods, he stumbled across some adventurers who had gotten lost and were defending themselves. He was instantly enraptured by the weapons and skills they displayed: The majestic swing of that sword! The daunting figure of that fighter.. the absolute power filled.. free spirited.. feeling the adventurers carried with them. Mako secretly tailed the group, head filled with fantastical thoughts, until they made their way out of the forest. The little Korok was thrilled! He wanted to be just like those adventurers! Mako rushed back to tell the others about his newfound dream and the little adventure he had just had only to be met with disapproval and words of disappointment: "Forget it Mako." "You know you're not supposed to go that far off." "Hey what if you put us all in danger!" "Stop lying." "Mako that just sounds like a dumb pipe dream."

While most living creatures might've felt crushed hearing such harsh words, Mako felt a quiet rumbling rage. Oh he would SHOW THEM. He would absolutely show them and make them EAT their own WORDS ALL RIGHT.

Mako's attitude began to grow more ill-natured, his pranks more reckless, and his behavior more unruly from the frustration of being contained and looked down upon. All of the scrutiny and disapproval the other koroks gave him was returned with twice as much attitude. Eventually came along a day Mako was assigned to use fire to clear away the dying brush so that new growth could be encouraged. He got carried away. As a result of almost endangering the entire forest, he banished by the Great Deku Tree and entrusted to improve his morals and to better his character.

- Found a forgotten packet of salt at an abandoned campsite. Kept it because it was fun to shake around.

- Wants to be a fighter to blow his enemies away. Thought it was cool when they were younger and wished to be one (probs saw fighter dudes wander in and get lost in the woods) but other koroks thought it ridiculous. Now his ultimate goal is to be the best fighter there is out of pure spite and to prove everyone wrong.
