Character made to be a Dishonored Whaler oc/dnd character that's as close as possible to Whalers as far as powers go. Sort of Han Solo-type personality with how casually sassy he is, as well as being weirdly lucky at points. He was given the blood transfusion by his father against his will, but decided to use what he has to try and help his two little sisters, and to hunt his father down for what he did. Pretty easy to bribe with money and pleasures, and a bit low on wisdom.
