Esmay

Many eons ago when the first lunar eclipse graced the skies and turned the sky ebony during early morning, an entity was created. An entity that held the power to destroy reality as all would come to know it, and yet would lose it just as quickly. An ever shattering fragile thread tethered to the ebb and flow of the dawn and twilight hours.

Esmay is an enigma that was created during the "calamity" that was later called "lunar eclipses." She is an entity, or rather a creature, that is a powerful deity that guards the edge of reality. This "edge of reality" is located where the sunrise first touches the land. Though due to the constant changing of the sun's location from morning to noon to dusk to evening hours, Esmay is in a constant flux.

It is due to this flux that causes this giant being to have amnesia, and in this she is always gaining and losing power in the same instance. It is within this that she holds the power to destroy reality as all know it, and then once more loses all her abilities. Though, in this knowledge she is constantly trying to maintain her original form--which is a tiny, chibi like version of her powerful former self.

And yet in getting lost in the flux that has become her every day life, her original form is not all that has been lost in a sense. Her legs, tail, and horns are forever shattering and reforming, floating freely while attempting to remain a whole form. The mist which entangles her shattering legs and horns is the same mist that manifests from her mouth. It is within this mist that her entire entity is composed of in order to remain among the living upon Earth.

It goes without saying that any that have managed to catch a glimpse of this creature knows of the horrid state of completion in which she fights for. But those that have been given the honor of speaking, for just mere moments, with her have found that her personality varies greatly as well. Many have come to the conclusion that due to her constant waning and waxing of power--her personality changes as well.
