Dragon Quirk
He can transform into a dragon. The more energy he has left the bigger he is. When he gets exhausted he loses size and can end up so small that you can hold him in your hands. Exhaustion does not just effect his size but also his fire ability, when he's smaller he can only breath smoke or sparks of fire.
He's still struggling to control his dragon form size at will, since it would be a great advantage.
He can also lose his tail if he gets scared or anything of that kind, just like a salamander (mostly due to his fathers quirks influence), which also leads to him not handling the cold well and going into hibernation

(Tao is short for Taong from the filipino word taong gustong init which means salamander-)

He's 17, so a second-year.
His quirk is common in his family. His family takes great pride in their quirk, yet rarely this quirk is rarely found in males. Due to that Tao feels pressured to be as good as possible to not bring dishonor on his family. The last hero in his family was his aunt, who retired after getting pregnant with Elara, his older cousine, two years before Tao was born.
Taos mother is japanese and is a housewife, creating jewelery and selling it online. His father is filipino and has a salamander quirk.

He is not in this school anymore He's on the Hajuu Academy (a fanmade school, can be found on insta!), which is a school for kids with rich parents and rather strict. He's in the class 2-A
