- Tl-13 is the 13th test for an emotional-comfort-robot, and the first one that worked, because of that they are still in observation
- Works at the base of the central core, the sphere with a heart in the middle of their chest.
- Because of the core and his body material, TL-13 is warm as a living creature, in add they has the ability to purr (because they believed that it calm and comfort patients.)

TL-13 was created in a "Hospital for Hopeless Creatures" where patients who have no support and are considered "lost cases" stay. Most are abandoned there by their families or acquaintances, others no longer have any contact outside the place. They main mission is to provide emotional support and take care of patients, but TL-13 was the only one that worked until now, so he was assigned to group D, where is under observation to see if he is 100% functional
He constantly converses with patients other than group D and is well liked by the hospital in general, has a huge curiosity and interest in the world outside those walls and loves to hear the stories they tell him.
TL-13 is super kind and very patient, he also play a lot with the kids in his free time (as his age and knowledge of the world is similar to theirs) he often lets them bandage him or obey what they tell him to do in the games
