✦ Minami Teru
"Life is the true adventure."
Minami Teru is my online persona. Minami's last name, "Teru" comes from the Japanese "Teru teru bozu" weather dolls. If you hang them up, sunny weather is sure to occur! But if you hang them upside down, there will be a chance of rain. Ironically, Minami likes to hang upside down from trees during her forest adventures, and I enjoy rain quite a bit! Minami also possesses a t-shirt that says "Cloudy days" written on it. She also has a best friend named Sayo. Minami loves to hang out with Sayo, whether it's in the forest, Mochibase (their favourite video game), or in Minami's cottage! Minami is very adventurous, and can also be quite reckless at times. However despite this, she's very talented and skilled almost everything, except cooking. Definitely not cooking. Don't let her cook you something without supervision. ...Actually just don't let her cook you something at all. It's better that way.
Appearance
Minami has bubbly teal hair, pale skin and green eyes. Despite her skinny appearance, Minami is actually very muscular and strong. She likes to wear simple outfits so they don't get dirty when she explores in the woods. For example, her most iconic outfit is a slightly shapeless and orange dress with a green collar. However the outfit that most fits this "simple" description is her "Cloudy days" shirt and green shorts.
✦ Story
Minami first became a Floof Scout (the Ichigomachi equivalent of a girl scout) at 6 years old. Her parents were always home with her, so despite having no friends, she wasn't lonely. When Minami turned 10, her parents had to work abroad. They hired someone to look after Minami, but she rarely required supervision. Life got more lonely for her, and, using her Floof Scout training, decided to entertain herself by playing in the woods. She got better and better at 'surviving' in the woods, day by day. She learned what fruits were toxic (which resulted in multiple trips to the hospital) and the quickest path home.
A year later, while trekking through the woods, 11 year old Minami found a white cat stuck in a tree. "She must have gotten stuck after something chased her..." Minami thought. Minami rescued the cat and looked for her owner. After a while, Minami found 11 year old Sayo, and after returning the cat to her, they talked for a while and became best friends. Now, Minami wouldn't be lonely anymore.
✦ Relationships
Sayo
Sayo and Minami became friends when Minami found Sayo's lost cat when they were 11. Over the next 2 years they grew significantly closer! Now they're 13 and their friendship is stronger than ever before, and it's only going to get stronger (if that's even possible)!
Minaki
Minaki is a part of Minami's soul (the bad part) that was somehow escaped from Minami's body vessel. The reason for this is unknown, however. Minaki and Minami and sisters, co-workers, enemies, friends and rivals at the same time.
Yuri
Sayo isn't the only one who's grown closer to Minami over the past few years! After Minami found Ai (Sayo's cat), Sayo introduced Minami to Yuri, her older sister! Minami and Yuri have been close friends ever since!
