Friend and former soldier peer of Hanne, knew him from their early adult military days. His squad handles the riots that happen in northwestern cities and counties, and investigates carefully for any signs of uprisings or riots to see if protests or large-scale business actions are not peaceful/criminal. He is not good at creating tactics or being spontaneous, so he uses observation and already made tactics when another general in his squad is not immediately available.

Quiet, gentle, considerate, observant, supportive, reliable, careful. Passive, thoughtful, self aware, resilient. Dislikes sadness and negativity of others. Stubbornness, composure, and patience made him a good friend to Hanne, who was ruthless and hotheaded, as a complementary balance.
