Equipped with electric/static channeling claw like gloves. Uses them to channel the static in the air or via his body.

Very aggressive, hates to lose more than anything. Takes loses extremely hard. Hates most people and pokemon (except Dlitch)

Neck can either be fluffy, flat, or have an added collar. Neck must still be red.
