Do not trace or heavily reference my art. Taking inspiration is fine, but there is a very clear and very fine line between inspiration and stealing.
Do not repost my art anywhere without my permission. The only social media platforms I have and use are listed in my linktr.ee -- anything posted on platforms I don't use under accounts that I don't own are obviously reposts, and I would greatly appreciate reporting that content.
The rule above doesn't apply if the artwork was commissioned by you. However, I would greatly appreciate stated credit and/or a link back to one of my social medias.

Do not steal or heavily reference my characters and my characters' designs. This is regardless of their financial value -- many of my characters have personal value too, and that should be respected.
Please do not offer on characters in the "My OCs" folder or the "Sonaverse" folder. The only characters that are up for offers are in the "UFOs" folder.
Don't sell the character/design for more than it's worth. If you have commissioned or made other art, then this rule doesn't apply -- those definitely increase the value of the character!

I only allow holds for up to a week.
I only accept money via PayPal. My currency is USD.
If the value of the design/character is above $50 USD, I will allow for payments to be divided into two or three "installments." This must be agreed upon before the character is handed over.

Spam and harassment will be met with an instant block. Common sense.
Not interested in debating on social issues such as LGBT rights, BIPOC/APIDA/Latine rights, etc. Racism, homophobia/transphobia, MAPs, proshippers, etc -- all will be met with an instant block.
Failure to keep up your end of a transaction, whether it be purchasing a design from me, commissioning me, or vice versa, will be met with a block. I've never needed to make a blacklist, but thievery might finally encourage me to.
