Marzhin, or "Marz", is a fairly mischievous sylvari who took to running  his own bar in Lions arch, after his time in the Order of Whispers. He  says he's given up his old days of thievery and espionage, but you can  still catch him eavesdropping on 'interesting' conversations and getting  into things he very much should leave alone.
