Second known reincarnation of The love fairy. Pepper is an assistant created by TIC grown from demon's blood. Her small size is due to TIC's short knowledge regarding the creation of life. She was created to assist TIC in evil doings as well as run The blood factory. The blood factory is where all souls are reincarnated into shadow creatures through the use of demon's blood, which runs in pipes all throughout the factory. Pepper is quick to temper if things aren't running smoothly, she's been known to eat shadow creatures who disobey her. Many fear her.
