Cell

Third known reincarnation of The love fairy. Cell is an assassin created by TIC. Cell was created by splicing Pepper and DNA from King Vice together, resulting in a powerful half-demon with the ability to absorb the power of others. These absorptions are called "splices", which are fusions of sorts expect the second person involved still says whole, however weakened. Two known splices are Vilice and Cetal. Cell and her splices use similar spears/staffs as weapons which can be summoned and vanished at will. Cells wings function the same way. She is robotic, seemingly unfeeling because she was created to be that way, but she is mentally tormented.
