Penny

Penny is very much a bean who marches to the beat of her own drum. Her style is hard to pinpoint-- at first she may seem sweet and pastel but the next day she might don punk accessories or something that makes her look like a hipster. She allows herself to enjoy the things that make her happy, no matter what style or genre they may fit into. As an artist, her style is somewhere between abstract and impressionism. The paintings she creates are incredibly unique, typically with subjects or color palettes that most other artists would never consider using. She has synesthesia, a neurological condition that allows her to "hear" colors. When she listens to music she can visualize the color of each sound. She often incorporates this into her art, and the wide variety of music she listens to leads to some very interesting pieces. As such she's found that her work is rather highly sought after by those who are looking for something outside of the norm.

Much like the stereotypical artist, Penny is very in touch with her emotions. Happy things make her cry, sad things make her cry, beautiful things make her cry... you get the gist. She doesn't like to hold back or restrict herself from feeling her full spectrum of emotions. For some people this can make her a little overwhelming to be around because she just feels everything so strongly. But those who can handle it love her for her unique outlook on life and the way she can find beauty in anything.
