Humans and their behaviors have proven to evolve over time, with each change came a blessing, and with each blessing comes a curse. In recent centuries, one of those festering curses happens to be the worsening of behavior in children and their negative influences. Some things weren't as simple as black and white, good and bad, or even naughty and nice. But one thing was for sure, there were those who were clearly, irredeemably naughty. Those with hearts of pure evil, some of which are children who've already committed serious crimes/offenses or intend to became known as "Wickedly Naughty".  

Father Christmas was appalled society had failed these children, and feared with nobody keeping them in check they'd in turn continue the cycle onto their own. The Krampus demons were in charge of dealing with the naughty children, but they realized nowadays striking fear and discipline didn't always reshape a child. Things became so drastic they sought out a new Krampus recruit to deal with those children who were too far gone, a demon who had no remorse for the wickedly naughty.

Now, every December 5th on Krampusnacht, this Krampus follows-up on the recon reports of his familiars, who take the form of toys in his likeness, and collects the wickedly naughty children. Nachtus often travels in a private jet to seek out these selected few and slays them with his special swords; one with a blade as black as the souls it feeds from, and the other blade as dark red as the blood it drains from its victims. Then sacrifices their bodies, for what though is currently unknown.
