History:
During the war, Pheobe's parents neglected her, instead going to bars and clubs to have a good time. Pheobe would just walk around her town, and in turn people got to know her through that. When troops stormed her village, the purrloin decided to run away out of fear to a new village. after a week of travelling, she came across a town that had already been ravaged. Thinking there was no one left, she attempted to continue past, but once inside she found that the survivors were trying to rebuild. She spent the rest of the war there, trying to help the locals.
Near the school in the town, she found a boy getting beat up by houndour delinquents. He was just a feebas who couldn't do anything, so she fought the other guys for him. Helping him up from the ground, Pheobe learned his name was Kazumi, and they both became quick, inseparable friends.
