Izumi aka 'Baby', daughter of the most powerful man of the city. Pretty, preppy, social, bratty, girly girl, spoiled. Always gets what she wants and will sow chaos until she does. Your typical high school prep, loves cheerleading and designer clothes, bubble tea, cat girl anime and being the center of attention. Also just so happens to be able to manipulate her bones at will. One of the only individuals in the city allowed to have a 'Talent' aka a special superhuman ability. Having a Talent is outlawed and all who possess one are either incarcerated or killed, but due to her father's powerful influence and position at the top of the socialite and political food chain she gets way with it. Due to her privileged position and spoiled upbringing she suffers no consequences for her actions even when she assists her father with his.... shadier business practices. That is to say, she's been used to the sight of blood and violence from a young age and even helps her father in his pursuit of hunting down a group of anarchist rebel teens who use their Talents to fight back against the city's tyrannical structure. She's noted to have quite the obsession on Corpse, a boy of whom she used to go to school to with until he developed a Talent and ran away. Even now despite actively working to end the rebel group he works for she can't help but daydream about him, something about pretty girls falling for the bad boys cliche.
