Design Terms of Use
Please credit me and please credit the species creator if applicable.
You may not claim you made the design, you may sell the design but please tell me first, you may do whatever you want with the design as long as it is within the if applicable species TOS.
You do not have to use the design.
I must be credited when transferring ownership, otherwise I don’t need to be credited every time my design is used or posted
I will not revoke an owner’s right to a design but may ask for them to stop crediting me for it
Design Owners May:
-Use for personal purposes and small scale commercial*
-Split ownership with others
-Sell, trade or gift, they may also return a design to me but I will not refund them**
-Redesign as much as they would like***
*Owners should feel free to publish comics, sell fusion adopts, make prints, etc. They cannot sell my design to a large company
**Design owners can offer me my own design as a trade, give me a chance to buy it before selling to others, etc. If someone received a design from me with promise of possible refund then I will issue a refund ASAP once provided with proof
***If the design is changed beyond recognition I no longer need credit, and whoever owns the design may separate the original and redesign if they want
I expect the spirit of these rules to be followed if ever something comes up not covered here
