Whistle

Born in a wealthy family, it was all expectations and pressure for Whistle growing up. They were an excellent student and a well behaved child, but their thirst for freedom only increased with age. Upon high school graduation, they escaped their oppressive birthplace and took on a new identity as the nonbinary traveller only known as Whistle. They took odd jobs to survive, learning many skills along the way. Life wasn't easy, but it was everything Whistle ever wanted.

Fate was what brought him to Hope County, where he stumbled upon the dead body of a police officer and, as a joke, dressed with that same uniform. They soon were mistaken by a real officer and pressured to save the locals from the Eden's Gate cult, and caught in the lie as they were, they obliged. Though at first it was reluctant, Whistle's love for freedom pushed them to fight for the cause, causing some havoc along the way.
