soultune:

 she's able to use the soultunes and/or magical girl powers of those she has a close connection to, these connection does not have to be two-sided (aka she can obbsess with someone and use their soultune, while the other dosen't even know she exists)

also she has basic time manipulation

very basic though, she can really only pause and un-pause time

magical girl power:

she can create copies of herself, each one being different from her in some way shape or form

these copies are sentient, though will often fade away in time

unless they get their own soultune, in witch they live on as their own beings

Personality:

acts extremely cold and un-caring for others, though its only partly true. she doesn't care for most, but theirs a group of six who she's sworn her life on protecting, epically the girl who holds them together.
actually big soft and caring on the inside, though she hides it well under her emotionless façade
she's very protect of a certain someone, she'd fight the entire universe if it was for their sake
while murder isn't her go to solution for problems, she's not exactly against it-
hates senpai with every fiber of her being, though knows its pointless trying to kill her so doesn't really bother

Trivia:

-her eyes work like clocks! despite their being no numbers, her needle like pupils will always point to the correct time
-those pink ribbons don't belong to her, but someone she cares for deeply, who is no longer remembered. at least, no longer remembered in the way she was before
-often likes to quote song lyrics instead of talking, she finds it calming and amusing
-her shadow looks diffrent from other shadows
-her reflection in non-mirror reflective surfaces also looks off
