As a half Japanese, half African child, Tamara struggled to fit into Japan as she went through school. Her skin and hair set her apart from the other students and no one wants to become friends with a "half blood" as they called her. Mocking her for her skin, her hair, and the slight difference in her accent, she became closed off to new people and decided she'd rather be better off befriending no one. Used to being alone, she didn't bother with anyone anymore and kept to herself, confiding in the school roof as an escape from bullies but even then she isn't 100% guaranteed a peaceful lunch. On the court she's an absolute genius but off the court she's a complete dumbass, fooling around with her best friend Miyako, that is when she's the most comfortable. However she does have her eye onn Nekoma's middle blocker and captain, Kuroo Tetsurou. Whenever she finds herself near him she's a mess an unable to speak, which he so happens to find adorable.

She is involved in an oc x canon character relationship with Kuroo from Haikyuu. Anything I write, say, or draw about themare in no way, shape, or form canon by any means.
