- Shiki is a Bungo Stray Dogs OC, loosely based off of the real life poet Masaoka Shiki.
- When he was a young child, he experienced his father dying from alcohol poisoning. Since then, he started living with Issa and his dad, as his mom wasn't able to take care of him properly anymore due to intense grief.
- He is a part of the organization Four Seasons.
- His ability is called Crimson Sunset.
- Crimson Sunset comes in the form of a purple, blue, and red energy ball. It can be incredibly overpowered if Shiki wants it to be.
- Crimson Sunset has to be recharged every night when the sun is setting, so Shiki is unable to use his ability for nearly 2 hours, which leaves him fully vulnerable due to his weakened body.
- He was in a relationship with Robert Frost. He also doubled as the person who saved Frost from The Guild.
- Shiki's vocal cords are permanently damaged due to him screaming too roughly when Frost was killed, which he uses to his advantage in battle by spitting blood into his enemys' eyes and face.
- Shiki is an incredibly violent person. The reasoning behind this is due to his boyfriend, Frost, getting murdered while they were both under Port Mafia.
- He is almost fully mute, only ever talking if it's towards Issa, or if he's throwing insults at his enemies.
- Whenever he isn't on a mission, Shiki either sits on the rooftop of the Four Seasons building, makes comfort food, or visits the graves of the loved ones he lost while in disguise.
- He views another member of Four Seasons, Kobayashi Issa, as his older brother. He also views the original founder of his organization, Tada Chimako, as his mother.

Shiki has long white hair that reaches to his shoulderblades whenever it is down. He usually puts it up in a ponytail, or double buns on the top of his head. His bangs are straight across, sitting right below his eyebrows. Whenever he is in disguise, he pushes his bangs all the way back and lets his hair down all the way. He has bright yellow eyes, his left one having a black sclera instead of white. He usually keeps it covered, but uncovers it only if he's around Issa. He almost always has either an evil look on his face, or severe resting bitch face. He has a scrawny, skinny body, and isn't strong at all if he isn't using his ability. He usually has blood covering his face as well - Either his own from his mouth or someone else's.

Shiki mainly wears a black skin-tight turtleneck with a black blazer thrown on top of it, white skinny jeans, and black boots. While in disguise, he wears a white skin-tight turtleneck with a white houndstooth blazer on top of it, black skinny jeans, and white boots. He is sometimes seen wearing a black mask under his chin, and a black eyepatch over his left eye.
port mafia era
Shiki had even longer white hair that reached to right below his lower back. He always kept it styled down. He exclusively wore a white long sleeved dress shirt topped with a black vest, a royal red cape that draped over his shoulders, black dress pants, and black boots. He also wore black gloves, a black hat that was gifted to him, a black choker with a short silver chain dangling off of it, and a studded eyepatch over his left eye.
RITHOTD era
Shiki had cut off all of his hair during this era. He had short white hair that reached down to right above his mid-neck. His bangs were styled very messily, as he didn't care about how they looked during this point. He struggled with taking care of his hair often, due to him actively grieving over Frost's death. He usually wore a black kimono embellished with gold flowers and black lace. If he wasn't in the mood for wearing something so formal, Shiki would usually throw on an oversized black shirt and black dress pants. He also began to wear the mask under his chin during this era, along with a plain black eyepatch and the same black hat from Port Mafia era.
