He was brought to the Lector's by the god Trickster, it's unknown as to why he ended up with the cub.

Despite being able to shapeshift, Jaques prefers his feral form, finding it easier to traverse the world in as well as play with his older sister.
He doesn't have any memories from before his family and quickly accepted Islington and Prescott as his fathers.
He wears pretty much anything
