Four tailed Kitsune

As a kit he wandered into a shrine to Inari and was facinated by it

Became the apprentice to the keeper there and later inherited the shrine from him. He is respected amoungst the town and only kitsune everyone knows is a kitsune. They respect him anyway.

He's calm, smart and collected. HE loves to read and study and will often tell stories to Itsuji.

Childhood friend and crush of Tori. Took the two in when thier mother died and has helped Itsuji adjust to his injuries and Tori to cope with becoming a legal guardian.
He isn;t happy with how tori acts. But he is of the camp you cannot force change in someone. He will stick by Tori until the poor sod decides he finally wants to change.
